Nations League: France beat Belgium 4-1, Italy beat Turkey 3-1

In UEFA Nations League football Group A, France defeated Belgium 4-1, and Italy beat Turkey 3-1.

In the France match, Dodi Lukebakio had put Belgium ahead in the 35th minute. France, trailing 1-0 at half-time, scored four goals in about 14 minutes in the closing stages. Desire Doue equalised in the 77th minute, and Rayan Cherki gave France the lead in the 81st minute. Michael Olise scored in the 88th minute and again in injury time.

With this win in their fourth group-stage match, France have moved to the top of the group, while Belgium are third.

In the other match, the home side Italy were given the lead by Gianluca Scamacca in the 26th minute. Aral Şimşir equalised for Turkey in the 61st minute. Three minutes later, in the 64th minute, Riccardo Calafiori put Italy ahead again. Pio Esposito added a third goal in the 87th minute to seal Italy's win.

The Italy–Turkey match was also the fourth match of the group stage. With this win, Italy have moved up to second place in the group table, while defeated Turkey remain in fourth.
