Yeti Airlines' revenue keeps rising as it readies a Rs 21 billion IPO

Yeti Airlines recorded revenue of about Rs 5.5 billion in the last fiscal year. Its revenue rose by nearly 2 percent from about Rs 5.38 billion the previous year. The company said the increase followed the addition of aircraft in the previous year.
Profit, however, fell. Because fuel prices rose, the operating margin dropped from about 33 percent to about 26 percent. The net profit margin also fell, from about 12 percent to about 3 percent.
Net profit declined from about Rs 650 million to nearly Rs 180 million.
The company is now preparing to issue an IPO worth about Rs 21 billion.
