Shareholders of Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) will receive a cash dividend equal to about 5.26 percent of the bank's paid-up capital.

The bank's eighth annual general meeting unanimously passed all proposals presented at the meeting, including the dividend. The AGM was held on Friday, Asoj 23, at Anupam Foodland and Banquet in Battisputali, Kathmandu, with an enthusiastic turnout of shareholders.

The meeting was chaired by Mahesh Prasad Dahal, chairman of the bank's board of directors. Addressing the meeting, Chairman Dahal briefed shareholders on the achievements the bank has made during the review period. He also informed the meeting about the plans, targets and future strategy set for the current fiscal year.

Board members Bandhu Prasad Bastola, Surendra Raj Regmi, Dipak Kumar Agrawal, Bishal Upreti, Dr. Manish Thapa and Anita Raimajhi were present at the meeting. The bank's CEO Krishna Bahadur Adhikari and other concerned officials also attended.
