Nations League: Portugal and Netherlands win, Greece and Germany draw goalless

Portugal and the Netherlands won their respective matches in the fourth round of the UEFA Nations League football, while the match between Greece and Germany ended in a goalless draw.
In Group D, Portugal came back from behind to beat Norway 2-1. In the 36th minute, Kristoffer Ajer had given Norway the lead, but two minutes later João Cancelo equalised. In the second half, Gonçalo Ramos scored Portugal's decisive goal.
Portugal secured the win even though they were limited to 10 players.
In Group B, the Netherlands beat Serbia 2-1. Tun Koopmeiners scored in the 31st minute, before Mihajlo Svetković equalised for Serbia in the 35th minute. The Netherlands' other goal was scored by Joshua Zirkzee.
With this win, the Netherlands remain at the top of Group B. In the same group, Greece and Germany were held to a 0-0 draw. After four matches, Greece are second and Germany third.
This is Germany's second draw in the competition; earlier, they had drawn 1-1 with the Netherlands.
