Cath lab service launched at Rapti Academy of Health Sciences

A cath lab service for the diagnosis and treatment of heart-related diseases has started at the Rapti Academy of Health Sciences in Dang.

Health and Food Hygiene Minister Nisha Mehta inaugurated the cath lab service at a program held to mark the academy's ninth anniversary.

With the service now in operation, diagnosis and treatment of heart-related diseases will be available at the academy itself.

At the program, Minister Mehta stressed the need to improve the academy's services. She pledged that the Ministry of Health would provide the necessary support and cooperation for the academy's development and service improvement.
