Boat capsizes off Djibouti coast: At least 109 migrants, including 15 children, dead, 116 missing

At least 109 migrants, including 15 children, have died after a boat accident off the coast of the African nation Djibouti. Another 116 people involved in the accident are missing.
According to the UN's International Organization for Migration (IOM), the boat, which was carrying 350 people from Djibouti toward Yemen, capsized north of the city of Obock around midnight between October 8 and 9.
Of the 350 people aboard the boat, 109 deaths have been confirmed, while the IOM says 116 people remain missing.
