Today's exchange rate and fuel prices

According to the exchange rate set by Nepal Rastra Bank for today, one US dollar's buying rate is 153 rupees 24 paisa and the selling rate is 153 rupees 84 paisa. The buying rate for 100 Indian rupees is 160 rupees and the selling rate is 160 rupees 15 paisa.

The buying rate for one euro is set at 174 rupees 29 paisa and for one British pound at 202 rupees 69 paisa. The buying rate for one Australian dollar is 107 rupees 73 paisa and for one Chinese yuan is 22 rupees 83 paisa.

Among Gulf currencies, the buying rate for one Saudi riyal is 40 rupees 81 paisa, for one Qatari riyal is 42 rupees 4 paisa, and for one UAE dirham is 41 rupees 72 paisa. The buying rate for one Malaysian ringgit is 37 rupees 49 paisa, and for 100 South Korean won is 11 rupees 18 paisa. The buying rate for 10 Japanese yen is 9 rupees 65 paisa.

According to the Nepal Oil Corporation, petrol, diesel and kerosene are selling at 200 rupees per liter at the Kathmandu, Pokhara and Dipayal depots. At the Surkhet and Dang depots, these fuels are priced at 199 rupees per liter. Cooking gas remains priced at 2,060 rupees per cylinder.
