India proposes Sudhakar Dalela as new ambassador to Nepal

India has proposed the name of Sudhakar Dalela as the new ambassador to Nepal. India has sent an agrément for the appointment.

After the term of then-ambassador Naveen Srivastava was completed, India has proposed senior diplomat Dalela in his place.

Dalela has more than three decades of experience in diplomatic service. He currently handles India's economic diplomacy, development partnerships with Global South countries, partnership with Africa, multilateral economic relations, and new and emerging strategic technology issues.
