Anarchy and indiscipline within the party will no longer be forgiven: UML chair Oli

CPN-UML Chair KP Sharma Oli has said that anarchy, factionalism and indiscipline within the party will no longer be forgiven. He has declared the Central Committee's third plenary meeting a 'cut-off date'.

Addressing secretariat members from Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Valley Special and Contact-Coordination provinces virtually on Tuesday, Chair Oli said, "Strict action will now be taken against anyone who acts against party policy and discipline, spreads anarchy, or speaks in a way that pleases the opposition." He also said that talk of removing the chair was a crime and would no longer be forgiven.

Chair Oli said the party would no longer unite with any other party. He said there could be electoral alliances or working unity, but not party unification that would entangle it in complications.

He directed all leaders and cadres to maintain discipline and integrity in implementing two main tasks and 15 assignments. Saying that responsibilities in the field cannot be fulfilled while staying in the capital or comfortable places, he also directed leaders not to roam around like 'tourists'.
