Partly cloudy skies in mountain and hill regions for next five days, no weather warning issued

Mountain and hill regions of the country will remain partly cloudy over the next five days, the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has said. According to the department's Weather Forecasting Division, light rain and snowfall are likely in the mountainous areas of Koshi and Gandaki provinces.

The country is currently under the partial influence of westerly winds. However, the department said no weather warning is in effect for the next five days.

According to the forecast, fog is likely in some parts of the Tarai during the morning hours.
