Rising Stars Asia Cup: Nepal grouped with India 'A' and Pakistan 'A'

Nepal have been placed in Group B along with India 'A', Pakistan 'A' and the UAE in the Rising Stars Asia Cup cricket tournament to be held in Qatar. The tournament will run in Doha from November 19 to 29.

Nepal will play their first match against India 'A' on November 20 at the University of Doha for Science and Technology Cricket Ground in Doha, starting at 3:45pm Nepal time. Nepal will then face the UAE on November 22 and Pakistan 'A' on November 24.

Group A comprises Bangladesh 'A', Sri Lanka 'A', Afghanistan 'A' and Hong Kong. While India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka are sending 'A' teams, Nepal, the UAE and Hong Kong will field their national senior teams. However, since the tournament schedule clashes with the Nepal Premier League, which squad Nepal will send is expected to be decided in the coming days.
