House of Representatives unanimously endorses motion to consider health workers' security bill

The House of Representatives has unanimously approved the motion "that consideration be given to the Health Workers and Health Institutions Security (Second Amendment) Bill, 2083." The motion was passed at the House meeting held on Monday.
The bill has been introduced to amend the existing Act on the security of health workers and health institutions.
During the meeting, lawmakers demanded strong legal provisions to ensure the safety of health workers. Members of parliament shared their views on the need to guarantee the security of both health workers and health institutions.
With the motion now approved, the House of Representatives will proceed to deliberate on the bill.
