Today's exchange rate and fuel prices

According to the exchange rate fixed by Nepal Rastra Bank for today, one US dollar will be bought at 153 rupees 1 paisa and sold at 153 rupees 61 paisa. The buying rate for 100 Indian rupees is 160 rupees, and the selling rate is 160 rupees 15 paisa.

The buying rate for the Euro is 174 rupees 32 paisa, and the selling rate is 175 rupees. The British pound sterling will be bought at 202 rupees 64 paisa and sold at 203 rupees 43 paisa. The buying rate for the Australian dollar is 107 rupees 55 paisa, and for the Chinese yuan it is 22 rupees 79 paisa.

Among Gulf currencies, the Saudi riyal will be bought at 40 rupees 75 paisa, the Qatari riyal at 42 rupees, and the UAE dirham at 41 rupees 66 paisa. The buying rate for the Malaysian ringgit is 37 rupees 56 paisa, for 10 Japanese yen it is 9 rupees 68 paisa, and for 100 South Korean won it is 11 rupees 29 paisa.

According to Nepal Oil Corporation, petrol, diesel and kerosene are being sold at 200 rupees per litre at the Kathmandu, Pokhara and Dipayal depots. At the Surkhet and Dang depots, the price of all three fuels is 199 rupees per litre. Cooking gas remains unchanged at 2,060 rupees per cylinder.
