Asian Games badminton: Kshitiz Khanal exits round of 32 after loss to Iran

Nepali badminton player Kshitiz Khanal has been eliminated from the men's singles round of 32 at the 20th Asian Games underway in Japan.

In a match held at Ichinomiya City Municipal Gymnasium in Aichi-Nagoya on Saturday as part of the Asian Games, Khanal lost to an Iranian player. With this defeat, he has been knocked out of the competition in the second round itself.

Khanal was representing Nepal in the men's singles badminton event at the Asian Games. His defeat brings Nepal's campaign in the event to an end.
