Congress prepares to add one vice-president and one general secretary post

On the eve of the Nepali Congress's 15th General Convention, preparations are underway to increase the number of office-bearer posts in the party. The existing statute is being amended to add one vice-president and one general secretary.

According to Ratopati, preparations have been made for the party president to nominate these two new posts after the convention.

According to Ujyalo, Congress previously had 14 office-bearers. Ujyalo reported that the number of representatives at this convention is the highest ever.

The Nepali Congress's 15th General Convention begins tomorrow, Sunday.
