MP Manish Jha pledges to reform Janaki Eye Hospital within six months

Rastriya Swatantra Party MP Manish Jha has pledged to reform and bring order to Shree Janaki Eye Hospital in Janakpurdham within six months.
During an inspection of the hospital, he said visible changes would be brought within six months in physical infrastructure, human resource management and financial governance.
He said the hospital, which is linked to Janakpurdham's identity, has adequate infrastructure and financial resources but has failed to use them effectively.
According to MP Jha, the hospital's fund holds about 220 million rupees, which he said would be used for infrastructure upgrades and service expansion.
He said the hospital's weak management and staff work culture need to improve. He warned that action would be taken against employees who obstruct reforms, draw salaries without working, or run private businesses elsewhere while holding hospital responsibilities.
