Local polls: RSP forms seven sub-committees, opens candidacy applications for metros and sub-metros

The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has formed seven sub-committees for the upcoming local level elections. The sub-committees have been set up to implement and coordinate the candidate selection framework.

The party has also opened applications for those wishing to contest for the posts of ward chair and ward member in metropolitan and sub-metropolitan cities. The decision, aimed at speeding up the candidate selection process, was taken at the party's central office in Vanasthali.

RSP has moved ahead with its candidate selection preparations with the local level elections in mind. The sub-committees will be responsible for implementing the selection framework and coordinating among different levels.
