Landslide during municipal building construction in Kalikot puts seven houses at high risk

Local residents' homes have been put at risk by a landslide that occurred during the construction of Khandachakra Municipality's administrative building in Kalikot.

The landslide struck last Bhadau while the foundation was being dug for the under-construction building at Serapata in Khandachakra-1, Man. Seven houses located above the construction site are now at high risk from the landslide.

Construction work on the building has also been affected since the landslide occurred in Bhadau. Local residents have had to bear the damage and risk caused by the landslide that struck during the construction of the government building.
