Two labourers killed, one seriously injured as soil mound collapses during road upgrade in Baglung

Two labourers have died and one more was seriously injured after a mound of soil collapsed on them during road upgrade work in Bohoragaun of Nisikhola Rural Municipality-3, Baglung.
At around 7:20 am on Monday, the soil mound suddenly collapsed while a JCB was excavating an inner road section from Jhivakhola to Bohoragaun. Three labourers were buried under the mound.
Of the three buried, two died, and one was rescued in an injured condition. The injured man has been identified as 25-year-old Krishna Bahadur Gharti of Triveni Rural Municipality-5, Rolpa.
Police said Gharti's condition is serious.
