Australia announces additional A$15 million for Nepal's flood relief and recovery

Australia has announced an additional A$15 million in support for flood relief and early recovery in Nepal.
Australian Foreign Minister Senator Penny Wong announced the assistance in Melbourne on Thursday. On the same day, a bilateral meeting was held in Melbourne between Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal and Foreign Minister Wong.
The meeting discussed various aspects of Nepal-Australia bilateral relations.
The announced assistance is in addition to support Australia has previously provided to Nepal. The funds will be spent on flood relief and early recovery.
