Kishor Singh Rathour announces candidacy for Nepali Congress president

Nepali Congress leader Kishor Singh Rathour has announced his candidacy for the party's president post.

He made his candidacy public at a press conference in the capital on Tuesday. At the press conference, he also put forward his views on the Congress.

The 15th general convention of the Nepali Congress is under way in Kathmandu. Candidate registration for the new Central Working Committee began today as part of the convention. A total of 7,114 convention delegates will elect the new leadership.

According to the schedule, voting will be held on Asoj 22 from 7 am to 5 pm, once all procedures following the registration of nominations are completed.
