Deadline for companies' fine waiver on overdue reports extended to end of Poush

The government has extended the deadline for companies that have long failed to submit annual reports, and that are still pending in the deregistration process, to update their reports with a waiver on fines, pushing the deadline to the end of Poush.
The deadline for this facility was previously set at the end of Kartik. The government has now extended that same deadline by two months.
With the extension, companies that have long been due to submit their annual reports, as well as those still pending deregistration, will be able to take advantage of the fine waiver and update their reports until the end of Poush.
Companies that did not avail of this facility by the end of Kartik now have an additional two months.
