Nepal's Rashila Tamang wins Colon Trail Run in Bhutan

Nepali trail runner Rashila Tamang won the women's title at the Colon Trail Run held in Bhutan on Friday.
She completed the gruelling 42-kilometer mountain route in 7 hours, 11 minutes and 26 seconds. Belgium's Vanya Knops finished second in 7 hours, 18 minutes and 17 seconds, while Bhutan's Sangay Choden placed third.
A total of 152 runners from 27 countries took part in the race. The difficult mountain terrain, along with water and snow, made the competition even more challenging.
Despite the adverse weather, Rashila, who finished first, expressed happiness at getting the opportunity to compete in Bhutan.
