Disaster management since Bhadra 10 under way with three-tier coordination: PM Balen Shah

Prime Minister Balen Shah has said that disaster management since Bhadra 10 has continued in coordination among the federal, provincial and local governments.

Speaking at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers at Singha Durbar on Monday, Shah said the disaster management work would be completed as soon as possible.

Since Bhadra 10, floods, landslides and other disasters have occurred in various parts of the country. According to Shah, rescue, relief and management work is ongoing in coordination among all three tiers of government.

The Prime Minister's Secretariat had earlier said a Council of Ministers meeting would also be held at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers on Monday afternoon.
