Incessant rain blocks Humla's main and rural roads, Simkot-Hilsa road shut too

Traffic has been completely blocked on Humla's main and rural roads due to floods, landslides and falling rocks following incessant rainfall.

Traffic has been obstructed on the Simkot-Hilsa road, which connects to the border with China, the Karnali Corridor, and rural roads across the district.

The road blockages have affected everything from food transport to essential services.

The transport of goods and movement of people in the district have been affected due to roads blocked by floods, landslides and fallen rocks.
