Landslides kill 10 in Baglung in two days, one missing
Ten people have died and one is missing in landslides caused by incessant rainfall in Baglung.
The rain has caused major loss of life from landslides in the district over the past two days. Earlier, five people died when landslides buried houses in Tamankhola and Nisikhola rural municipalities.
Similarly, 24 houses have been damaged in Tanahun due to the rain.
According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority, 21 people have died, 5 are missing and 5 injured in flood, landslide and inundation incidents nationwide due to continuous rainfall since Asoj 8.
