The CIB had already arrested four people earlier in connection with the Israel fraud case. With Khadka's arrest, the number of people arrested in this case has reached five.
Voting under Congress's 15th General Convention took place on Friday. While the result for the president's post has already been made public, counting for the remaining posts, including central member, is still pending.
