Removing the IGP was an injustice, Supreme Court will deliver justice: Prachanda

Nepal Communist Party (NCP) coordinator Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda has said the government committed an injustice against Dan Bahadur Karki, who was removed from the post of Inspector General of Police (IGP).

He said the matter has already reached the Supreme Court and expressed confidence that the court would deliver justice.

"The IGP's case has gone to the Supreme Court. I believe an injustice has been done to the IGP. I believe the Supreme Court will do justice," Prachanda said.

A case has been filed in the Supreme Court against the government's decision to remove Karki from the post of IGP.
