Two more 'overhead canopy bridges' to be built for monkeys on Narayanghat–Butwal road

Two more 'overhead canopy bridges' are set to be built in the forest area of the Narayanghat–Butwal road section of the East-West Highway.
An 'overhead canopy bridge' is an aerial suspension bridge built over a road to let monkeys cross. Such bridges are built to make it easier for monkeys to cross the road on forest road sections.
Similar bridges have already been built on this road section. Now two more will be constructed.
The Narayanghat–Butwal road section is an important stretch of the East-West Highway. It passes through forest areas in districts including Nawalpur (Nawalparasi).
