Two workers killed as soil collapses while digging house foundation in Pokhara

Two workers died after a mound of soil collapsed and buried them while they were digging a house foundation in Pokhara. The incident occurred on Thursday in Andherikuna, Pokhara Metropolitan City-18.

According to local residents, both workers were buried when soil suddenly caved in while they were working inside a pit about 7 feet deep. They had been engaged in digging the foundation of a house.

According to Khabarhub, the deceased workers were residents of Phalamkhani, Mahashila Rural Municipality-6, in Parbat district.
