772 foreign tourists reach Mustang via Thorong La pass in two weeks

Crossing the Thorong La pass via Manang from Besisahar in Lamjung, 772 foreign tourists have entered Mustang over the past two weeks.

According to the Annapurna Conservation Area Project's area conservation office, these tourists reached Mustang by crossing the Thorong La pass via the route from Besisahar through Manang.

The Besisahar-Manang-Thorong La-Mustang route is a major trekking trail chosen by trekkers in the Annapurna region. More than 700 foreign tourists have crossed this pass in just two weeks.

With the main tourist season underway, the movement of foreign tourists on this trail in the Annapurna region has increased.
