Eighth day of Navaratri: worship of goddess Mahagauri being observed today

Today, Sunday, is the eighth day of Bada Dasain and Navaratri. Worship of Mahagauri, the eighth of the Navadurga goddesses, is being duly performed today in Dasain houses and prayer rooms.
