Russian drone strikes disrupt traffic on two bridges over Kyiv's Dnipro river

Traffic has been disrupted on two major bridges over the Dnipro river in Ukraine's capital Kyiv following Russian drone attacks.
According to Kyiv mayor Vitali Klitschko, the southern bridge has been completely closed in both directions.
Only one lane remains open on the Paton Bridge, he said on Friday.
The southern bridge was initially closed to check its condition after a Russian drone struck its structure. After inspection, vehicle traffic and metro services had resumed on the bridge.
However, Klitschko said it had to be closed for a second time after the same bridge was attacked again on Thursday night.
He said there had been no report of any attack on the Paton Bridge.
Meanwhile, emergency services said a 25-storey residential building in Kyiv's Darnytsky district was also attacked.
Russian drone and missile attacks on Kyiv have been intensifying in recent months.
