Vikal Paudel convicted in corruption case, sentenced to two and a half years in jail
The Special Court has convicted Vikal Paudel, former executive director of the Security Printing Center, in a corruption case related to acquiring illegal property.
According to Khabarhub, the bench of Special Court judges Basudev Acharya, Umesh Koirala and Bidur Koirala delivered the verdict. According to Nepal Samacharpatra and Bizmandu, the court sentenced Paudel to two years and six months in jail. However, Khabarhub's own headline mentioned a two-year jail term.
