CK Raut re-elected Janamat Party chairman, Sanjay Yadav elected general secretary

Dr. CK Raut has been re-elected chairman of the Janamat Party. According to the vote count completed today, Raut has been elected chairman and Sanjay Yadav has been elected general secretary.

The party's convention has been under way in Birgunj, Parsa, since Saturday. Voting was held under the convention to elect a new central working committee, and the votes were counted after polling ended.

Raut was the only candidate for the post of chairman, so it had already been decided that he would be elected unopposed. The convention is electing the party's new central working committee.

With this election, Raut is set to take over the party leadership again. Sanjay Yadav has been given the responsibility of general secretary.
