Bagmati's former CM Indra Baniya's son Dikshyant arrested for banking offense

Dikshyant Baniya, son of Bagmati Province's former chief minister Indra Baniya, has been arrested in a case under the Banking Offense and Punishment Act, 2064.

He is the defendant in a banking offense case registered on the basis of a letter of complaint from Nepal Rastra Bank. Nepal Police arrested him in connection with the same case.

Baniya, a resident of Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City-18 in Makwanpur, is under investigation under the Banking Offense and Punishment Act, 2064.

Investigation is ongoing in this case registered under the Banking Offense and Punishment Act.
