Gold price drops Rs 8,300 per tola in a single day to Rs 272,000
The price of gold in the Nepali market fell by Rs 8,300 per tola in a single day on Sunday, the first trading day of the week.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations, gold is being traded at Rs 272,000 per tola today. The federation fixed this price for the day.
Along with gold, the price of silver has also fallen. The federation said both gold and silver prices declined in the local market today.
The sharp fall in the price of gold came right at the start of the week. The federation sets the price of gold and silver for every trading day.
