Government preparing to hand land administration services to all local levels within a month

The government has decided to operate land administration services from all local levels within the next month. Prime Minister Balen Shah shared this information on Monday morning via the social media platform Facebook.

Prime Minister Shah said local levels should be able to fully exercise their constitutional and legal authority over land administration. The government is moving to fully implement the arrangement under which land administration services are provided directly by local levels.

Explaining the federal democratic republic, the Prime Minister said the government has worked to ensure that land administration runs from the local level itself. He described this as bringing "Singha Durbar to every village."

According to the government's preparations, land administration services will be handed over to all local levels within a month.
