Unidentified group's gunfire seriously wounds 28-year-old in Rautahat's Gaur

A young man was seriously wounded after an unidentified group opened fire in Rautahat. According to the District Police Office, Rautahat, the shooting took place near a water tank in Gadhwa Tole, Gaur Municipality-4, on Tuesday night.

The person wounded in the incident is 28-year-old Rakesh Kumar Yadav, son of Ramvilas Yadav of Gadhwa, Gaur Municipality-4. The incident is reported to have occurred at around 9 pm on Tuesday.

Unidentified individuals fired five rounds, targeting the young man. Yadav, who was hit by the bullets, is said to be in serious condition.

Police have not yet released further details about the unidentified group that carried out the shooting. The incident took place in Gaur, the district headquarters itself.
