RSP's seven-point directive: don't declare candidacy before the schedule is out

The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has issued a seven-point directive to those participating in the party's conventions at various levels, internal elections and the candidate selection process. The directive was issued by Bhuwan KC, chairman of the party's central election committee.
The directive states that those wishing to become candidates in the upcoming local-level election must not declare their candidacy until the party makes its schedule public. It has been issued with the aim of organizing the candidate selection process for both the internal election and the upcoming public election.
The party has also warned that those who violate the code of conduct will face action up to cancellation of membership.
