Dr Govinda KC refuses talks with government team, demands a team led by political leadership

Dr Govinda KC, who is on a fast-unto-death demanding reforms in medical education, has refused to hold talks with the team formed by the government.

Dr KC sent back the government team that arrived at Teaching Hospital on Wednesday evening for talks. He said he wanted a team led by the political leadership itself for the talks.

Dr KC is on his 25th fast-unto-death. The government had formed a four-member talks team after his health condition worsened.
