Iran's seven-day proposal to reopen Strait of Hormuz still under discussion

Iran has said that the seven-day proposal it submitted to the United States to reopen the Strait of Hormuz waterway still stands. Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi said the plan is still being discussed.
Foreign Minister Araghchi said this at a program held in Baghdad, the capital of Iraq.
In the proposal, Iran has demanded the lifting of restrictions on its oil exports and the removal of the US blockade on its ports. According to Setopati, Iran's proposal is to reopen the waterway within 6 days if its conditions are accepted.
However, talks have stalled as the two sides have been unable to reach agreement on the seven conditions laid out in the proposal.
