Fourth 'No Kings' protests held across US against Trump ahead of midterms

'No Kings' protests against the policies of President Donald Trump were held across the United States on Saturday, ahead of the November 3 midterm elections. This is the fourth round of the campaign since Trump returned to power for his second term.
About 3,000 events took place nationwide under this campaign. From Washington DC, New York, Los Angeles and Atlanta to small towns, protests included marches, musical performances, and car horns being honked in demonstration.
This time, organisers also urged citizens to check their voter registration, use early voting options, and cast their ballots soon, alongside protesting.
Protesters gathered at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington carried placards reading 'Vote soon' and 'Don't interfere with my vote.' Despite the cold weather, participants spread the message about voting along with music.
Sabine Carlson, a 66-year-old retired teacher from Washington, said voting was even more urgent than protesting, and urged voters to check their polling station and registration details.
