Gold up Rs 800, silver up Rs 35 per tola on Ghatasthapana

Both gold and silver prices rose in the Nepali market on Sunday, the day of Ghatasthapana. Compared to Friday, gold went up by Rs 800 per tola and silver by Rs 35 per tola on Sunday.
The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations has fixed today's gold and silver prices. According to the federation, gold is being traded today at Rs 296,500 per tola.
This is the fourth consecutive day of rising gold prices. With the start of Dashain, both precious metals saw price increases on the day of Ghatasthapana.
