After road repairs, Rasuwa and Nuwakot's religious and tourist sites safe to visit

Local hoteliers and civil society say Rasuwa and Nuwakot's religious and tourist areas are now safe to visit after roads damaged by the Bhadra floods were repaired. Following flooding in the Bhotekoshi and Trishuli rivers, daily life has returned to normal except in areas along the riverbanks.
According to Rasuwa Civil Society chairperson Babulal Tamang, vehicles have resumed running from Trishuli to Betrawati, and branch roads have also been built.
The Hotel and Restaurant Entrepreneurs' Association Nuwakot and the Hotel and Tourism Entrepreneurs' Association Rasuwa say all areas except the riverbanks are safe and convenient, and have urged people to visit without hesitation. Both associations say they are ready to provide all services as before.
Chairperson Tamang said Rasuwa residents are ready to welcome domestic and foreign tourists. He asked visitors to travel with confidence, saying there would be no difficulty on the journey.
