Trump ready to meet Putin, Xi in China; Zelensky accuses US of holding back missiles

US President Donald Trump has said he is ready to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping in China next month.
Speaking to reporters outside the White House on Monday, he suggested the talks could cover nuclear arms control, disarmament, trade, and the war in Ukraine. The meeting is being discussed for around the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in Shenzhen, China, on November 18-19.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the idea had come up but that no concrete agreement had been reached. China's foreign ministry said it had no information about a possible meeting. China has maintained that a trilateral nuclear disarmament dialogue with the US and Russia is not appropriate at this time.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha warned that a meeting that excludes Kyiv could embolden Putin to continue the war.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has accused the United States of deliberately withholding the delivery of interceptor missiles that European countries have already paid for. In a virtual meeting with US senators, he said sending the missiles requires the signature of Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.
Trump, for his part, criticized Zelensky and said it was time for someone else to negotiate on Ukraine's behalf.
