Age dispute: complaint filed with election committee against Congress central member-elect Sushil Bhatt

A complaint has been filed with the Nepali Congress's central election committee against Sushil Bhatt, who was elected a central member at the party's 15th general convention. Bhatt was elected a central member from the cluster of youth convention representatives aged under 35.
According to Nagarik, Bhatt has been found to be 36 years old. The complaint questions the legitimacy of his candidacy and demands that his oath-taking be postponed.
Meanwhile, Setopati reported that the Congress will hold off on administering the oath to four newly elected central members whose cases are pending in court.
The new Central Working Committee elected from the general convention is scheduled to formally take charge of running the party starting today.
