Microbus falls 200 meters off BP Highway at Selfidanda, three injured

Three people were injured when a passenger Hiace microbus met with an accident at Selfidanda in Namobuddha Municipality-2 of Kavrepalanchok, along the BP Highway.

The microbus, which was heading toward Kathmandu, met with the accident around 3 am on Monday. Most media reports say the vehicle was coming from Jhapa, while some reports say it was coming from Ilam.

The microbus fell approximately 200 meters off the road. The driver and two others who were in the accident have been rescued.

Some media outlets have identified the accident site as Dubaigaida in Namobuddha-2. Further details on the cause of the accident have not yet been made public.
