Banks start new, clean note exchange service ahead of Dasain

Banks have started new and clean note exchange facilities for customers ahead of Dasain.

According to notices issued by the banks, notes of denominations 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 rupees are available for exchange.

Nabil Bank issued a notice on Monday announcing the start of its new note exchange service. The following day, Tuesday, Siddhartha Bank announced a similar facility. According to the notices, the service has been in operation since Asoj 26.
