Trauma treatment services to be expanded nationwide: Health Minister Mehta

Health and Food Hygiene Minister Nisha Mehta has said expanding trauma treatment services nationwide is a government priority.

Minister Mehta stressed the need to provide timely treatment to citizens involved in accidents. She said the government has planned to extend trauma treatment services to various parts of the country rather than confining them to Kathmandu alone.

Minister Mehta noted that the government's goal is to increase access to immediate, quality treatment for patients with serious accidents and injuries.
